Diane Thompson, a student of our Professional Obedience and Behavior Modification Course, was given the task of writing an article on the importance and benefits of crate training a dog for her weeks assignment. She recently submitted the paper to me and wrote it from a dog’s perspective, which I though was very interesting. I thought that she did an excellent job with the assignment. HOW TO APPROACH A SICK OR INJURED DOG:

The majority of dog bites occur when the dog is sick or injured and many people not knowing how to approach or where the injury is located. I have been bitten before by trying to examine my personal dog for injuries and touching the wrong spot. You can see this type of behavior in a sick or injured dog as a way of telling you that they are hurting or in pain even if you know they have never been aggressive before, remember they can’t tell you where they are hurt.

Review: GlamourDog.com

Baby was able to try out a very cute shirt from GlamourDog.com. As you can see, it says “I heart my Mommy”. This is just one of many cute items that they carry on their website, and this particular shirt is one of their own creations. Baby loves it!
