For the sake of keeping us all together and makin g new friends in the pet blogosphere I have started talking about my favorite pet blogs once a week.

This week’s winner is Rusty! His dog blog, Chasing Squirrels with Rusty is all about his adventures in life, namely trying to keep the yard a “squirrel-free zone!”

Rusty is a 20-pound Yorkshire Terrier. He says his Mom refers to him as a Great Yorkie because of his size. Here is his bio:

Camp Humane, June 18-22, 8-10 years old and July 16-20, 11-13 years old

From 9am - 5pm
During a typical day, campers receive humane education, workshops from veterinarians or animal experts, and several animal classes designed to foster a special appreciation for animals. Campers are placed in teams of eight with counselors assigned to each team. Camp cost is $225 and includes 2 snacks and lunch. Space is still available for both camps. Stop by and pick up a registration form at the front desk here at the shelter from noon to 7pm, Tuesday thru Sunday.
