Every year over 4 million dogs are destroyed in the United States. It's a sad thing. I'm not saying that dogs should not be put to sleep (if they are seen to be a threat, then unfortunately that might have to be done). All I'm saying that it's an indication that things need improving.
One solution allows you to directly help. If you spay or sterilize your dog, then there you might prevent more dogs from being slaughtered. We call ourselves a humane society, and so let's behave like one. Read the rest of this entry »
Let's cap off today with another puppy related item. It's not easy to have puppy sit still when you're doing something complex like taking his/her photograph. This is approximately what you have do:
1. Remove film from box and load camera.
2. Remove film box from puppy's mouth and throw in trash.
3. Remove puppy from trash and brush coffee grounds from muzzle.

Don't have a garden to play with your dog? No probs! This cute little invention will ensure that you can have as much fun with your dog as you want.
Such a cute little fellah! Of course, the real part about these is the involvement of the humans. The dogs like to feel that they're part of a game involving everybody. There's no way he/she would play like that if not for his friends cheering him on from the sidelines. Read the rest of this entry »
