A dog’s life is never dull… even if you are lounging around. As a senior dog I like to rest up and then power through my Sunday. The hardwood floors are a nice cool place to chill out in the summer.

Once I’ve stored enough energy, I’m up and ready to make the humans pay attention to moi…. hello…Kong? Kong? I have a Kong??!!!

See, it works every time…I get peanut butter in the Kong. Notice how I use my giant paw to hold the Kong while I get all the peanut butter out of it.

After I finish with the Kong I get to go for a walk and read the neighborhood pee-mail.

Then it’s a stop at the park to see what activities are going on there. There is always some party or other human craziness there. I like to check out all the action.

When I’ve had enough of that we resume walking. There’s always so much to see and smell.

Once I get all that energy out of my system, I like to relax in the grass. It’s always a god way to spend your weekend!
