Just one month after the recall of Krasdale Gravy DRY dog food, the US is concerned with another one and again it’s because of Salmonella contamination.

Last month, Mars Petcare USA recalled its products after it was implicated in an outbreak of Salmonella poisoning in the US. In total 66 people were sickened of which 25 in Pennsylvania. In 2007, a total of 15 pet products have been recalled due to Salmonella contamination. Important to note is that to date none of the recalled products have been directly linked to human illness.

I posted in March about the horrible cat cullings taking place in Beijing to “clean up” the city before the Olympics this summer. If you don’t recall, China is inhumanely killing the city’s cats (whom they allege have SARS) by rounding them up and putting them in death camps to die slow, miserable deaths from starvation, dehydration, filth, and poor medical conditions.
