Highland Canine Training, LLC started 2009 will a successful round of group classes in January and February held in Mooresville. Because of the request for more classes, we have schedule more group training.

Advanced Obedience Class is for the person who would like to have their dog trained off leash and under voice control. Your dog must know sit, down, come and heel on leash before beginning this course. We will teach how to gain your dogs focus so that your dog will successfully obey the above commands off leash.

Highland Canine, LLC is offering four group classes starting in January of 2009 in Mooresville, NC. The group classes being offered are puppy training, basic obedience, agility training, and therapy dog training. All classes begin Saturday, January 10th and will be held at the Humane Society of Iredell (HSI) located off of Hwy 150 in Mooresville, NC.

The Saturday schedules for group classes are as follows:

Basic Obedience (16 wks of age and older) 10:00am-11:00am

Highland Canine Training will be instructing two Police Canine Decoy Seminars in the near future. These seminars are great for handlers who want to learn more about proper decoy techniques as well as how to improve grip and targeting. During the seminars, we will also work on other skills training such as the “out” and “recall” or “call-off” Both seminars will be held in conjunction with the American Police Dog Tactics Association.
